An autoresponder is an automated email system designed to automatically reply to incoming messages or emails. This mechanism is widely used in various contexts to increase communication efficiency and to process messages when the recipient is temporarily unavailable or a predefined response is needed.
You can set up the autoresponder with us as follows:
I'm using the control panel
To do this, log into the Control Panel and go to Webhosting and then on Email addresses. Here you can see all created mail addresses.
Now select the desired address and go to the white Manage pencil symbol on the right.
At the bottom you will find the slider to activate the autoresponder. Once you have entered the subject and text, all you have to do is click on Save.
The autoresponder is now active. Please note that an autoresponder cannot be created on a "catch-all" email address.
I use the Cloudpit
To do this, log into the Cloudpit and go to the web hosting administration.
Once there, go to E-mails on the left and then to E-mail addresses. Here you have an action button for every e-mail where you can select the autoresponder.
The autoresponder is activated by using the slider. Please note that an autoresponder cannot be created on a "catch-all" email address.
